Summary: "Maybe in the 80's people thought that this smelled good..."

I bought this cologne on a whim one time and man was it painful to go through. I heard that this was quite a popular cologne back in the day, but now a days, most people just don't wear such strong and chemically-musky smelling fragrances. I hear the Royal Copenhagen Sport smells nice, but this one is just crazy strong! I used to spray this cologne on my clothes the night before my work-day, because of how strong the scent was. I still can't believe that I ended up using the whole bottle without throwing it away...but again, I don't like to waste stuff either. By the way, if you are still planning to buy Royal Copenhagen, I would not pay more than $5-$7 for the stuff...trust me on this one.

This cologne is so '80s, but it has an extremely unique and crisp scent. Unlike so many of the recent scents that are much more intense but all smell the same, Royal has a sort of hard, yet, sweet, almost metallic quality that doesn't remind one of anything else. Nothing like its contemporaries.
